Business Development Executive - JD About Abibo: Abibo Private Limited, an e-commerce startup based in Hyderabad. We specialize in offering top-quality bakery items such as premix raw materials, cake boxes, colours, scents, birthday items, and packaging materials. Currently we’re operating in four states Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Chhattisgarh & Orissa. Job Description: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities, building key customer relationships, and developing new business for the company. Location: Durg, Raipur, Bilaspur Roles & Responsibilities: Identifying business opportunities by researching prospects, lead generation and evaluating their position in the industry and identifying sales opportunities. Reaching out to new clients and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/services. Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Negotiating with customers and providing quotes, estimates and getting orders Maintaining relationships with all potential and existing clients by providing support, information and guidance; understanding budget and identifying accurate needs of client Reviving business with old clients by re-establishing contact, Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients Tracking Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Performance and Sales Metrics. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong Interpersonal, Negotiation & Client relationship skills Should have high energy level, Creativity, Sales planning, Motivation for sales Good communication skills and ability to understand client's needs and present solutions Ability to handle high profile clients; achieve deadlines/ targets and meeting sales goals High Confidence in managing customer quoting & contract The Successful Applicant: He has working knowledge of CRM System Keen Interest in building a career in sales.
